If the support is not there or is of poor quality that can have a huge impact. Modern Resilience is about restructuring lifestyle to make it less reliant on these systems and by doing so empowering oneself to be more in control and less impacted by external problems.
The first step in achieving a more resilient lifestyle is to take a more active role in decision making for own life.
