Tunnelbear is free it allows you to view the web as if you reside in a different country.There was a video on youtube that was blocked and only available in the US do I was able to use Tunnelbear to view the video. Very useful.

I have recently watched a video of Dr John Colquhoun from New Zealand who was a leading fluoridation promoter who changed his mind through examining the results of the test that he was asked to conduct on behalf of the New Zealand Government.
This video shows significant evidence that shows that fluoridation made no difference to numbers of cavities. He also shows detrimental health effects caused by fluoridation.
There are many dental and medical professionals with years of experience that support fluoridation this was something that Dr Colquhoun was upset and confused about John made the comment on this later in this video

I have just conducted my first modelling assignment wearing socks made out of bamboo!
The photo-shoot was undertaken few weeks ago on location at the Aylston Estate. My feet are the ones with the fluorescent yellow green socks. I now have 2 pairs to trial. I’ll update you on how I get on.
I have now had the socks for about 12 months I wear them with my Blundstones whilst working at the estate. I’m actually a big fan. They wick away moisture really well and are lasting pretty well when I am digging holes and putting in plants.
To solve any problem it first requires the skills of critical thought. These are skills that most people do not use and when do try to apply critical thinking it is often faulty.
I have witten more about the problems people have with critical thinking here . Television, after public schooling, is a significant cause of this reduction in our abilities to think critically. The North Korean propaganda video below shows how corrupt and stupid western society is. They didn’t have to try very hard as its all there….on television.
I love books I also love consuming information through media such as podcasts. However books provide a method of learning complex topics in a way you cannot learn from other media. I wrote an article on the effect of media and critical though on the usethetrivium website.

I have been listening to the Paleo Podcast with Rob Wolf talking about a video on Ted Talks. The video is by Research Associate from the Department of Anthropology at the University of Oklahoma, Christina Warinner. The title of the talk is “Debunking the Paleo Myth”.
I am open minded to new information on this subject and watched the video before I listened to all of to Rob’s podcast. On watching the video I was surprised. Christina Warrina is either a sloppy researcher or she was cynically attempting to alter facts and focus to suit her narrative on a topic that will no doubt get her alot of publicity.
Recently I bought a PC laptop. I have windows XP at work and a mac at home. I installed ubuntu (the installation itself only took about 10 minutes as was the easiest installation I have ever done (of any operating system). The installation started just by running a small windows installer.
